The pay is pretty good
The company isn’t stingy, and the benefits aren’t too bad either
0. It pretends to be a foreign company but is actually a Taiwanese company; the boss is a Taiwanese person who immigrated to the United States
1. There used to be a general manager in Taiwan. The company was still doing all right then. After the general manager retired and became a consultant, the Taiwan branch has continuously had no person in charge. The Taiwanese-American CEO just comes around from time to time to give guidance, leaving the company operating without any decisiveness or management
2. I heard that the Taiwan branch has lost money for seven consecutive years. Fortunately, the American boss is quite wealthy
3. When the American boss comes on tour, make sure to entertain him properly, because he will scold the operations director until they cry. (The operations director is a good person, but lacks management ability and the backbone to take responsibility)
4. The company’s annual turnover rate is 50%
5. The office is located in the Nankang Software Park’s incubation center. The space is small and the equipment is dilapidated
There are both advantages and disadvantages. The reason I gave it a poor rating is that the Taiwan company is not large, yet it is full of mismatched responsibilities and incompetent management. It is difficult to grow while working here, but the company’s tree is also so small that you cannot sit in its shade
The interview process was very relaxed and comfortable.
First, there was a written test that wasn’t too difficult.
Then I interviewed with the frontend team and the manager.
After that, I interviewed with the general manager.
The salary offered wasn’t bad either.
The office felt rather small.
I interviewed for a frontend position, but the job offered requires knowledge of CMS and Ionic, with development toward a full-stack role.

If you ask about something you don't understand regarding the interview questions,
they'll tell you to Google it yourself.
This is the first time I've encountered something like this.
So, if you encounter something at work that needs to be discussed or that you don't understand, will they also just tell you to Google it directly?
What a joke~
Same as above

The company is located in Nangang Software Park and describes itself as a foreign company. The technical manager seemed quite geeky but was a nice person. The company places more emphasis on English proficiency, which may be the reason I ultimately wasn’t hired.
The written test seemed like it had just been printed out and handed to candidates, and there were also duplicate questions.
