During the interview, the director listened very attentively.

The woman in accounting or administration speaks and behaves with extreme disrespect toward the other designers. Many things are clearly within her own responsibilities, yet she still “orders” the designers to do them. Her attitude toward the design assistants is even more demeaning, treating them like dogs. I resigned because I couldn’t stand having someone like this around and it affected my mood at work.
