They will call you first to arrange an interview time.
The interviewer is quite polite and won't yell at you for no reason.
Cons
The interview location is a rather small reception hall with no air conditioning or fans.
The 104 listing says experience is not required, but in practice, you'll still be rejected if you don't have relevant food-service experience.
