The boss treats employees very badly. He doesn’t tell you how to do the work, then starts yelling at you when you make a mistake. When you go out to deliver things, he keeps calling to pressure you to hurry. If he orders something from the fruit shop, he doesn’t tell you, and when a problem arises, he blames it all on you. He treats foreign domestic helpers very badly. Foreign workers have to clean the house and work at the bakery as well, and when they make a mistake, they get insulted harshly. They have been yelled at until they cried several times—it’s truly pitiful! The boss always thinks he is above everyone else. That’s what rich second-generation people are like—so arrogant!
The colleagues are all very nice. You can occasionally use your phone during work, and it’s quite fun.
The work is stable and not very challenging.
The supervisor’s management style is rather emotional. The day shift is from 8:00 to 5:30, with a one-hour lunch break, which effectively means working an extra half hour for salaried employees.
Mistakes are less tolerated.
