Pros

The company has a strong reputation in the north.

Cons

Management is disorganized, and the company’s long-term employees clearly ostracize newcomers.

The boss assigns work according to personal preferences.

New employees are given a pile of work they cannot finish.

They also have to endure their colleagues’ disdain. The atmosphere is poor.

Pros

Absolutely none.

Cons

The boss does whatever comes to mind, and you must quickly achieve what he wants. Working overtime every day is commonplace, and overtime cannot be reported. Those with dreams involving desserts and food and beverage should think carefully, because this place will only accelerate your escape.

Pros

None whatsoever!!!

Cons

The overtime hours are extremely long. Starting work at 7 a.m. and getting home at 1 or 2 a.m. has long been the norm. If I hadn’t wanted to learn the techniques of a famous chef, I would have quit long ago.

Perhaps it was precisely because things were so harsh that so many people quit immediately. Later, the chef even made a rule that you could not copy the recipes until after three months. Also, only supervisors were allowed to use their phones during work, so those kids who only want the recipes should think it over carefully.

However, the owner no longer works in the kitchen. Nowadays, everything is left to the team leaders at each location. The coworkers are very difficult to get along with and have formed several little cliques, usually centered around the team leaders. (If you flatter the team leader, your days will be a little easier.)

If you cannot successfully get into the team leader’s clique, you will be subjected to all kinds of nasty remarks. Whether you do things well or badly, they always have plenty to criticize.

Once each department (cakes, mousse, and cocoa) has finished its own work, you still cannot leave early. You have to help with the work of other departments or help wash and clean for them first. And most importantly!!!

Cleaning time does not count toward your overtime hours ☺️☺️☺️

Because the great owner believes that cleaning is an employee’s duty~ The all-day general cleaning before the Lunar New Year is treated the same way!

There are no holiday bonuses or year-end bonuses. The only thing you get is a cake during your birthday month—but I never received one at all. I really must not have joined the team leader’s clique; they would not even give me the benefits I was supposed to receive.

You will see every aspect of humanity there, including many people who cannot stand seeing others do well and who speak in a cutting, sarcastic way. Some people’s health deteriorates terribly after joining (nosebleeds, blood in their urine, or even fainting outright). Friends who want to experience life can give it a try.

Pros

None

Cons

1. You apply for one position, but may be expected to help and support other tasks as well, without any overtime pay. With that little pay, do they really have the nerve to expect one person to do the work of 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 people?

2. There are many people who stir up trouble and constantly badmouth others behind their backs. There are also many people who fake smiles while hiding their true feelings, spouting self-righteous and twisted logic. Be careful not to leave valuables at the company, as they may go missing or be damaged~

3. They keep adding more and more tasks to your workload. If you refuse or cannot handle them, they will not care; as long as they have received the customer’s money, that is all that matters. There is no overtime pay, only compensatory leave^_^

4. They think highly of themselves, while the pay is extremely low. They have already been monitored by the Bureau of Labor Insurance several times, yet still do not reflect on their own shortcomings.

5. If possible, I would give 100,000 negative points
