The tsukemen is really delicious

Once, because the ingredients didn't arrive until 8 p.m., the company required us to finish making the tonkotsu broth before we could leave work.

Those of us who were supposed to finish at 11 p.m. that night didn't actually get off work until around 5 or 6 a.m. (about seven hours of “overtime”).

Then, before our shift that same day, the company had already notified us that it would not pay us for this overtime.
