The boss is polite and pretty decent. The atmosphere at this company is fairly good.
But the workload is extremely demanding. Because the management methods are inappropriate, every key person ends up retaining important technical knowledge, while the boss does not require senior employees to train newcomers or properly pass on work requirements, features, or methods to them. (Senior employees hide their tricks or privately absorb newcomers’ knowledge and claim it as their own, taking credit.) As a result, newcomers often cannot clearly understand the project direction or the correct requirements, leading them to make mistakes. They then become scapegoats and naturally cannot stay for long. However, some senior managers cannot distinguish right from wrong. Even when senior employees bully newcomers or verbally abuse them, senior management does not help the newcomers and instead uses them entirely as scapegoats. Senior employees bully newcomers, while upper management ignores the newcomers’ dignity and does not reprimand the senior employees at all. The supervisors are irresponsible: they do not want to take responsibility or let go of the work in their hands, and they simply work people to the breaking point. Before taking a job there, you should first consider whether you can finish the work they assign within two days. If you cannot complete everything within a few days, you should be prepared to leave.
