Although it is supposedly a well-known large hotel, when you ask about leave scheduling, HR can only give you ambiguous answers—especially the two people whose English names start with S and E. You cannot feel any professionalism from them as HR personnel. Leave pay is often calculated incorrectly, yet they always claim that it is caused by a system error. All related policies and regulations keep changing, and before resigning, you may even be forced to use up your annual leave before you can leave. Those considering joining should think twice.
