The boss is kind and friendly, and the boss’s mother is very lovely.
The desserts are delicious. Since they believe employees can only sell them confidently after trying them, you can sample all the desserts in the shop.
The shop is small, so the number of customers served is relatively low. It isn’t as exhausting as other food-service jobs.
The accountant is very senior and very annoying. Although they are clearly responsible for unrelated matters, they constantly interfere with both the front- and back-of-house operations.
Most people have a major argument with them before resigning. Communication is really impossible~
The boss is very friendly but somewhat oblivious... For example, despite not paying overtime, they still let customers buy things right before closing.
When employees give out samples, they have to rewash the utensils, and if there is an additional order, the bill has to be recalculated....
Because they can’t recruit anyone for a management position, you are promoted directly to working under the boss, with no intermediary.
If the person training you treats you badly, there is absolutely no way to file a complaint.
They make no effort to train other people properly, yet still wonder why you don’t know the rules, and you end up complaining to the boss privately.
