1. There is absolutely no system to speak of.
2. Extremely traditional in thinking (stuck in the 1960s–70s).
3. Everything sounds nice when they say it, but in practice it is not so.
5. Refuse to accept new technological information.
6. You cannot have your own ideas or opinions (you’ll be screwed).
7. A great many people are very good at filing petty reports.
9. Extremely good at putting on a show.
