I’ve been at Lido for more than three years. Honestly, I urge everyone to think twice and absolutely not come work at this hotel, because the boss never improves, has extremely poor emotional control, and frequently loses his temper and yells. He also often brings domestic issues with the lady boss (his wife) into the workplace, which makes the work atmosphere worse. The pay is poor, and one person is expected to do the work of five. When I resigned, I only had five days of leave.

Low salary, chronically understaffed, high turnover, heavy workload, the boss needs to improve their emotional intelligence, and there is no system for paid leave.
