The HR interview was fairly professional, and the attitude was very good.
Cons
The company's business is very weak, and the boss doesn't seem willing to listen to new proposals. I provided suggestions for improvement, but they were not adopted.
1. There was originally no notification about the application status; after I called to inquire, I learned that the boss did not want to spend any more money.
2. I was not hired.
