When they called to notify me about the interview, their tone and attitude were extremely rude. They impolitely asked me whether I had no intention of going, saying that otherwise they wouldn't have disclosed the company's detailed address and name. In the end, they still didn't tell me where the interview would take place, so I had to search online myself for the company's address and name. Also, I applied for the Taipei campus, but was ultimately notified to interview at the Shilin campus (which I assume is where I would work afterward). The woman who notified me about the interview kept saying only that it was near Shilin MRT Station and absolutely refused to disclose the company's detailed address. Is it really that difficult to provide the address?
I applied to the Taoyuan branch school. The interview was conducted with multiple interviewers and one candidate. The job responsibilities and salary conditions were explained clearly and were reasonable. Of all the jobs I have interviewed for so far, this is the one I would most like to get.
If more time could be spent conducting one-on-one interviews, perhaps both sides could understand each other better and the second-round interview process could be avoided. However, the company may have its own considerations, so only a group interview was conducted that day.
