After only working there for one week, you're expected to keep up with all your colleagues' fast pace. If you can't keep up, you can expect your supervisor to call you in for a meeting, followed by being told that you're not suitable for the job and asked to resign voluntarily. If you don't resign, you'll only face difficulties from your colleagues and personal attacks.
It is recommended that newcomers to the workplace not try this lightly.
The director is a major problem!
I strongly advise thinking twice. The turnover rate is extremely high—you can tell just by looking at employees’ lengths of service!
