A school that shows very little respect for professionalism and only ever criticizes its employees. They like to berate teachers in front of students for the students to see, and they constantly require teachers to arrive at school early without counting that time as paid work. They even fail to pay teachers for the final week of their contracts while expecting them to be available at a moment’s notice. Supervisors also repeatedly contact teachers privately and ask them to use their personal phones to call parents, without providing any reimbursement. When employees resign, the school invariably assumes that the employees simply have too little stress tolerance, without ever considering why the teachers they hire never make it through two semesters...
