Pros
Probably the only thing worth mentioning is leaving work on time.
Cons
The boss doesn't know how to use a computer, so design discussions are all done with printouts that the boss revises in pencil. In terms of form and design, the thinking is very 2D.
Designs are often changed back and forth, and the boss may even overturn their own previous instructions.
There are hardly any benefits.
The office is old, and there are tons of mosquitoes.

Pros
Leave work on time every day, and there is basically no such thing as overtime.
Cons
Since there is no overtime, naturally there is no overtime pay.
The office is a bit old.
