Pros
The department supervisor and the boss are good people who protect their subordinates.
Cons
As a family business, there are unpredictable factors. New hires usually don’t last three months. Just look at the 12 desks in the sales department: only three people have stayed for n years and aren’t leaving; the people sitting at the other desks disappear very quickly. There are people who love to snitch and drive others away. Don’t expect too much.
