The colleagues you encounter are not very sharp and are rigid, seriously dragging down work efficiency. They deliberately fail to tell you things that should be communicated early, always waiting until the last minute to create a mess for you to deal with. Even when you are already exhausted, you still have to clean up the aftermath, making all your previous efforts go to waste. It is a completely inefficient team.
I felt that the conversation with the interviewer went quite well. Flexible Saturday scheduling, flexible working hours, and overseas travel.
The office environment is acceptable.
