Cons
The HR department at this company is extremely unethical. They encourage people to resign first and join their company, only saying that the salary will be slightly lower at the beginning. One colleague was tricked into joining them and ended up earning NT$5,000 less than in their previous job. They also threaten employees who want to resign, saying they must stay and work until the company is satisfied; otherwise, they will speak negatively about them to the new company where they have been hired.
