The factory building has been newly renovated; I can't find any other advantages.
It differs from what was described in the interview. They said there would be performance bonuses, but the evaluation process feels very undisclosed and opaque, based largely on the supervisor's impressions. It feels like something you can see but never actually get.
The atmosphere among colleagues isn't very good either. Everyone seems to work independently, and the traditional-industry systems haven't been properly established yet. The supervisor also often expects people to produce something out of nothing, which makes one feel very helpless.
