1. During recruitment, they said that experience with Laravel was required. However, after I joined, although the backend was built with Laravel, I spent most of my time helping a senior engineer code JavaScript UI that he had created himself. I was frequently verbally abused, and even asking a question would get me yelled at. I had always thought I would be working on Laravel APIs, but Laravel was used as a pretext, and after joining, most of the work consisted of writing JavaScript. I had already made it clear during the interview that I was not familiar with frontend development. The manager also trusted his favored employee extremely much; when I raised the issue with him, he did nothing and allowed his favored employee to assign tasks arbitrarily. They even tried to push the frontend development for the entire online platform onto me. Fortunately, the team was eventually disbanded; otherwise, I don't know how many people they would have deceived or how much money they would have taken to complete this “dream” and “ideal.”
