Pros

The new facility is being built; the premises are spacious and beautiful.

Cons

1. I did not apply for the position, but HR kept asking me to come in for an interview. After I arrived, they had a manager whose role was completely unrelated to the position pretend to be the bad cop and shoot down everything I said. They never introduced the company or the job responsibilities, and kept saying that my experience and ideas were inconsistent with the company's philosophy. That was completely inappropriate, and they even insisted on arguing that most companies cannot achieve this.

2. They insisted that I repeat things already written on my résumé. I was not applying for that position, yet they insisted that I explain what skills were required for the position and what checks and evaluations I had performed. But wasn't I being interviewed for this position?

3. After the interview, when I left the conference room, only HR helped me call the elevator. No one escorted me out, and I couldn't find the exit at all......

Pros

Can't think of any advantages

Cons

The work environment is very noisy, and it is impossible to rest at noon every day. Everyone is also very calculating about work, secretly reporting minor issues to supervisors. They even directly arrange personnel decisions for supervisors. Senior managers are all family members or people they have brought in, so there is absolutely no opportunity for promotion. They lead people without winning their loyalty, and supervisors cannot understand when issues are raised. The workload keeps increasing every day, and there is constant walking every day. New employees are seriously bullied, and there is no complete system at all. The turnover rate is extremely high. The job duties discussed during the interview are not necessarily the duties after you start working. Long-serving employees slack off extremely seriously. If anyone reading this comment sees it, this company is not good—do not come here under any circumstances.

Pros

The company provides afternoon snacks every day and a birthday buffet every month. The food is quite good and helps relieve work stress.

Cons

The actual job responsibilities continually expand after joining the company beyond what was discussed in the interview. Under the guise of learning, the reality is that the company is severely understaffed and employee turnover is high, so these duties only increase and never decrease. Although overtime forms are available, they must be submitted to the supervisor for approval in advance every day... In practice, no one has actually filled one out. Employees work approximately 1–2 hours of overtime each day. Scolding is frequently heard within the company. The work processes are cumbersome—paper documents plus computer-based approvals—which further compresses already limited working hours. Meetings are often delayed and drag on, and decision-making is inadequate. A project that starts small gradually becomes increasingly large, while the execution timeline is shortened and no additional staff support is provided. Departments pass the buck, and supervisors are unable to empathize with the excessive workload and staff shortages. It is a family-owned business, and the second-generation supervisors are not yet mature. They do not know how to lead with empathy or build team cohesion. They do not put enough effort into training newcomers and withhold a great deal of information. When one lacks professional knowledge, one should be humble; teaching and learning together with subordinates is the proper approach.
