The department I worked in was the Visual Design Department, located at the Taichung branch.
Think twice before joining (at least negotiate for a higher base salary, because if you’re not in sales, you can hardly get any bonuses).
You only get the three-festival gift bonus after working for 1.5 years (I somewhat forget whether it was 1,000 or 1,500).
There is also an attendance bonus,
but it’s calculated quarterly.
If you don’t take any leave for an entire quarter, you get an extra 500 that quarter.
Yes, you read that right.

Also, during my interview, the Visual Design Department supervisor kept looking at their laptop
and didn’t introduce the company at all.
They only told me to ask questions???
After joining, I found that the supervisor really likes bullying new or honest colleagues,
acting all high and mighty while constantly saying that they don’t like being a supervisor??
They spend all day pretending to be busy while browsing online shopping sites. Even when we’re overwhelmed with work on the client side, all they do is tell us not to come back too late???
Anyway, think twice before joining~
