Whenever there is a staff shortage, everything has to be distributed among the existing employees. Complaints are useless. Whenever profits are down and performance is poor, the same old excuses are brought out; they are completely different from the forceful, relentless criticism when someone is full of energy. Tasks outside one’s responsibilities always seem to fall from the sky, with an utterly matter-of-fact attitude. Asking for a raise is treated as an absurd fantasy. It is either an additional title or additional work. Those who are not devoted enough can easily become mentally exhausted. In addition, one’s hearing will be seriously damaged by the end of the year; apparently, it is impossible to get through even a single day without constant shouting and conflict.
