The interviewer spoke very gently.
It took about a month after I submitted my résumé to receive an interview invitation, but it felt like they didn’t genuinely want to interview me and only wanted someone to do graphic design work for free.
The company was located in an ordinary residential building. As soon as I entered, they didn’t even briefly introduce the company and instead immediately asked me into a small room to take a computer test.
The test consisted of three tasks: removing backgrounds, removing watermarks, and changing the color of a certain part of an image to another color.
After completing each file, I was required to save it as both a JPG and PSD file, using the specified dimensions and 300 DPI.
If they only wanted to test my abilities, why require me to save new files and specify the dimensions and resolution? Once they had confirmed the results on the spot, couldn’t I have simply closed the files?
In the end, I made an excuse and left without completing the test. Before I left, the interviewer didn’t even say goodbye or thank me. As soon as they heard I was leaving, they hurriedly tried to enter the small room to see whether I had finished the test......
