Arrived 10 minutes early and entered through the rear loading entrance. A woman told me to wait until the lunch break ended, then closed the window and returned to her seat. I waited alone in the 32°C heat until the lunch break was over. After the lunch-break bell rang, an employee led me to an office to fill out some information. The interviewer came in and briefly explained the job duties and the company’s current talent needs. They did not ask anything about my résumé, only “What do you think e-commerce is?” and “Do you have any questions?” That was all. From filling out the information in the office to the interview, it took less than half an hour.

A very poor experience.

At first, I saw the job posting on a recruitment website and arranged an interview with HR. The interview was to be held at the company headquarters in an industrial park. When I arrived, I found that no one was there. After calling several times without success, I had no choice but to contact the recruitment website, only to learn that it was not their working day at all. An interview was then arranged for the following day. After I entered, no one greeted me or told me where to go for the interview. I called again, and only then did someone come out. The interviewer looked very busy and immediately asked whether I understood what the position involved. After I answered, they told me that my résumé was suitable for A but not for the position they were hiring for. The entire interview lasted less than half an hour—probably not even ten minutes. The waiting time far exceeded the interview time.

It was extremely hot during the summer vacation, and they made me make two wasted trips like this. It was extremely disrespectful.
