The boss is emotional and targets people rather than issues—your typical exploitative boss. They say one thing and do another, and are also very good at making empty promises. The senior employees just wait to watch someone make a fool of themselves and then act like they knew it all along.

1. The boss is extremely emotional. Whenever you report something, you have to worry about his mood that day and put up with his temper in the long term. When he is in a good mood, everything is fine; when he is in a bad mood, be prepared to get yelled at. Cursing and insulting your family are commonplace. You need to be psychologically resilient, otherwise you will not be able to stay for long.
2. The boss is highly subjective. Employees he likes get promoted quickly and are treated very differently. He only listens to what employees he trusts say; when other people make mistakes, he neither listens to nor accepts their explanations.
3. The benefits the company appears to provide are not actually what they seem. Even when leave is approved according to company regulations, it is ultimately treated as an absence without leave. This is a very unreasonable company.
4. Communication among the company's departments is completely out of sync. When something happens, the departments involved push responsibility onto one another. Everyone thinks that avoiding one more issue is one less issue to deal with. The work attitude is extremely poor and irresponsible.
5. When supervisors encounter things they do not want to face, they will ask you to handle them yourself. If you do not handle them well, you will only get yelled at.
6. Employees are treated and ordered around like slaves. The company shows extremely little respect for its employees.
