When I went for the interview, it was raining heavily, and I only had a motorcycle.

So I had no choice but to wear shorts and flip-flops, with a casually worn wire-mesh shirt. When I arrived, the manager took one look at me and immediately said: “Why are you dressed like that?!”

I replied: “It’s raining heavily outside.”

Manager: “When attending an interview, you should dress more formally, like I am…”

I was completely speechless. It turned out that everyone at this company wears suits, leather shoes, and ties while assembling machinery!!
