After contacting the staff member surnamed Li on Friday, I immediately went to the company to fill out the information. Subsequently, the staff member surnamed Li said they would reply on Monday.

I kept waiting and waiting, and by Monday afternoon I was really too impatient to continue waiting, so I proactively messaged the staff member surnamed Li. The staff member said they had been visiting job sites all day Monday and would reply on Tuesday morning. On Tuesday, I waited from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m., and there was not the slightest word from them!

This company is utterly incompetent and extremely inefficient. Just take a look at the reviews on Google Maps... haha!
