The basic salary is 20,843; after deductions for labor and health insurance, it’s a little over 18,000. Working hours are 12:50 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.; 8 days off per month, with days off scheduled according to the shift roster.

under the Labor Standards Act, the basic salary is 24,000.

The company is quite impressive, HR seems good, and the manager seems very sharp. The whole company has a no-nonsense approach.
Cons
14 months of annual salary, but the pay is not high.
