The colleagues are fine, but the company is absolutely not.
If you see this company reaching out to you, there’s only one word: “Run.”
The CEO of this company clearly has issues. If they hear an answer they don’t want, they bellow loudly and show absolutely no respect for people. During meetings, they keep talking about “the damn Labor Standards Act of the Republic of China,” or use personally insulting language. The COO is just a mouthpiece who keeps their hands clean, avoids responsibility, and refuses to shoulder any responsibility. If these two don’t get their way, they resort to threats at the drop of a hat. It’s a ridiculous company that shows very little respect for people and refuses to listen, while thinking it has all the professional expertise. Highly not recommended—no, you absolutely should not come here. Don’t even come for an interview. You’ll even get lectured for leaving work on time.
