After reading the comments below, it really is as described. The company occupies one of the rooms on one of the floors in a building. When I went into the office and took a look, there were three people, including the boss (104 states that there are 50 employees). Almost none of the seats in the office were occupied, so there was probably a wave of mass resignations (because they have posted many basic positions). During the interview in a small meeting room, the boss asked me which position I was interviewing for. I thought to myself, “Aren’t you looking at my résumé? Why are you still asking me?” He then very forcefully asked how much business I could bring in, expecting to see immediate results and performance right away. I asked about the revenue and gross margin of the company’s main products, but the boss answered a different question and rambled incoherently. I hope anyone interviewing there in the future will be mentally prepared.
