The interview was simple, and they showed me around the factory. Lunch costs NT$55 if you order it; otherwise, you can go out for lunch at noon. The coworkers are all very friendly.
Employees are required to clock in 10 minutes early, of course without overtime pay. Almost all of the coworkers are foreign workers. The dining area is dirty and messy, and no one cleans it. You have to bring your own toilet paper and work gloves. There is no air conditioning in the factory. There is no employee break area, so you have to find tables and chairs in the factory yourself to take a break. The owner and the owner's wife are not very friendly toward employees. The pay is the minimum wage.
