古典玫瑰園國際股份有限公司
Pros

I’ve been working at the headquarters for almost two years, so I’d like to share my firsthand experience. The company is located right behind the National Taichung Theater in Taichung’s 7th Redevelopment Zone. The office is owned by the company and is fairly upscale. Working here every day also gives me a view of the 7th Redevelopment Zone. I can’t afford a house here, but working here still feels pretty good.

The company is a long-established brand, which means it’s very stable. The salary is above average for Taichung, and the company follows the Labor Standards Act, which is another point I consider an advantage. Working hours are generally very regular. Unless you’re a manager, most of us can clock out at 6:10. There isn’t much pressure.

Another thing I really like is that every Thursday, we get a free cup of “Drink Tao,” and we can choose the tea we want. The company also usually provides many kinds of tea for us to sample, and we can brew some ourselves whenever we feel like it. For people who like tea, this is a big plus.

Cons

The work culture places a relatively strong emphasis on details and quality, so it takes some time to adjust when you first join. Overall, I’m satisfied.
