I’m currently working here part-time and wanted to share my experience. Overall, I’ve been very happy with the job. The atmosphere at the store is great, and the manager and coworkers are all very friendly. When I first started, my coworkers were also very patient in teaching me, which helped me feel less nervous at work.

You need to memorize the work procedures and SOPs. It takes some time to adjust when you first start, but once you become familiar with them, the work gets smoother and smoother. You can also drink the store’s beverages while working, which is a big plus for people who like bubble tea. Overall, I find both the work environment and interactions with my coworkers very pleasant. The hourly wage is also higher than that of similar businesses.
