Basically treats you like a dog
1. Very poor management system
Managers often fail to communicate tasks clearly. They tell you to do whatever comes to mind, without properly arranging the work, and eventually dump all the pressure on the people below them.
2. Absolutely no training
New hires receive almost no guidance, and the handover is incomplete. From the first day, you have to figure things out on your own and go straight into battle. When problems arise, you have to find your own solutions, while the manager assumes you should already know how to do everything.
3. The position advertised is completely different from the actual job
The listing on 104 said the company was expanding, but after joining, I discovered they were actually just filling the position of someone who had resigned. You apply for one position, but are also expected to handle work in other areas—everything gets dumped on you. This so-called expansion is really just a way to lure people in.
4. Employees are treated like disposable chopsticks
It feels like the company has no intention of seriously developing new hires; they just want someone who can come in and start working immediately. If you can’t take it anymore, they simply replace you with the next person. There is absolutely no sign that they want to improve.
5. They constantly ask about overtime
You are frequently asked whether you can come in to work overtime on holidays. They do not even spare Sundays, and sometimes they directly call people out by name in the LINE group chat. Even while you are on leave, they keep asking whether you can come to the company. It is genuinely annoying.
6. They suddenly assign tasks right before the end of the workday
Even when it is almost time to leave, the manager may suddenly call you over to handle other tasks, completely disregarding your original work schedule and showing little respect for employees’ time.
7. Very high employee turnover
According to coworkers, in the past the company averaged one resignation per month. Looking at the work environment and management style, it is not hard to understand why some people cannot stay.
8. You’d better get out quickly
