Run, run as fast as you can—the faster, the better. If you don’t run now, when will you?

Cons

1. The core management consists entirely of family members, with resources and benefits completely closed off. Non-family employees are treated with extreme disrespect, with no systems in place whatsoever; they are merely regarded as errand runners and tools. The entire family works in the same family-owned company, keeping all the benefits within the family. Outsiders who join as employees are treated like their servants. They summon and dismiss you at their whim like a dog. You are treated even worse than their domestic helpers.

2. The management style is emotional. They often bring their personal emotions into the workplace, casually humiliating employees verbally and denying their value. When family members disagree, they have heated arguments in the office, creating an extremely high-pressure and unsettling work environment that seriously affects mental health and quality of life. Working there feels like sitting on pins and needles every day, never knowing what kind of melodrama their family will stage next. If they are in a bad mood, you are in for trouble: they will find fault with you, make things difficult, and humiliate you, letting you experience what a PUA supervillain is like. It affects your mood for the entire workday, and you may even bring the negative emotions home.

3. Prolonged mental pressure leads to severe anxiety. The company habitually maintains control by suppressing and belittling employees, which can easily cause self-doubt, insomnia, and anxiety symptoms, seriously endangering mental health. If you care about getting a good night’s sleep, do not set foot in this hell. This company can make you sleep restlessly every night, become extremely anxious, and start doubting whether you are truly incompetent. That is because they satisfy their sense of superiority by belittling others.

4. An extremely high-pressure environment with no career value whatsoever: The environment is mentally exhausting, and I strongly recommend that no one join unless they want to test the limits of their stress tolerance. If you want to experience life in hell, hurry and join this company. Or, if you want to become Kṣitigarbha Bodhisattva, enter as soon as possible to see whether you can pass the test and become Kṣitigarbha Bodhisattva. As Kṣitigarbha Bodhisattva is famously said to have said: “If I do not enter hell, who will?”

5. Benefits promises are misleading. The benefits offered are mostly sales pitches designed to attract job seekers, with little actual protection. Their words and actions do not match, and they frequently change their story. They will emotionally blackmail you by saying that the company is not making money, even though all their expenses are paid by the company. Yet they will use all kinds of rhetoric to ask you to endure hardships together and sacrifice for the company. In the end, your sincerity is met with cruelty, leaving you speechless and regretting how foolish you were to trust such a company, which changes its orders from morning to evening and is constantly fickle.

6. The location is remote and transportation is inconvenient. The office is situated in a residential area that is difficult to reach, with very few nearby dining options. I strongly suggest not even wasting time on the interview. Run if you can—the faster, the better. As fast as possible. Do not come here to watch their family drama; it will only leave you with endless trauma. The meager salary will not even cover your medical bills.

7. Extremely high employee turnover and urgent recruitment to fill vacancies. Because the environment is so poor, the resignation rate remains high. During interviews, they will push hard for you to start quickly, solely to find replacement labor. Turnover here is extremely high, and they are desperately short-staffed. If bad luck leads you to join, congratulations: you have become an exceptionally unlucky scapegoat. If you don’t believe it, come and try—or if you are even more evil than they are, you should definitely give it a shot. Go head-to-head with them and see who comes out on top: the ultimate supervillain.

8. If they are dissatisfied with you, they will use all kinds of methods to make things difficult for you. The rules are determined entirely by the family members’ moods at the time. You live in fear every day, never knowing when they will cause trouble. If they do not like you, congratulations: you are doomed. They will gang up on you and push you into resigning yourself because they do not want to pay severance.

Overall recommendation:

This company is severely lacking in systems, uses emotional management, and seriously drains employees’ mental and physical health. I strongly urge job seekers to avoid this trap and not waste their time and health. If you want to experience depression, this is the perfect choice. This is a place to waste your time and mistreat yourself—losing both the lady and the soldiers. Don’t assume this is a large company: only a few people there are outsiders employed as staff; everyone else is part of their family, from the oldest to the youngest. All rules are determined by their mood at the time.

Anyone who has experienced this is welcome to add to their glorious accomplishments.
