To put it simply, here are my impressions from these past few years? Decades?
It’s very busy and very chaotic in there—it’s just a small company that takes on government contracts.
The bosses mostly prefer people who are cheap, obedient, and easy to deal with, so don’t expect too much.
People come and go, and I don’t even know who’s who anymore. In any case, I’ve gotten used to it.
As for compensation, it increases by around 3K to 5K each year—is that enough to keep up with inflation? As for project bonuses, you can draw your own conclusions (yeah~ I’m being very tactful).
After leaving, my health improved. That’s all.
