The only advantage is leaving work on time, but if vendors pay too late, you still have to work overtime!

1. Accounts payable staff have to fully accommodate production control. Purchasing only submits invoices in the last few days, so you have to work overtime to process them! Vendor invoices must be paid by the payment terms' due date, but they are never in a hurry! Even the owner's wife says that being a few days late is fine, but vendors keep calling to chase for payment, and you are the one they complain to!

2. The vendors' payment terms are not negotiated by Purchasing, but by Accounting! You often have to deal with unexpected payments.

3. The company has absolutely no systems or procedures; everything is decided by senior or older employees.

4. There are no holiday bonuses or gifts (you go home empty-handed), and there may not even be a year-end bonus!

5. On my first day, I was called in and told that my monthly salary would be reduced by NT$3,000, but I did not agree (the former accountant told me that they use the same tactic with everyone who joins).

6. Accounts payable staff receive a work checklist when they join, but the older accounts receivable lady does not, so she constantly interferes and adds to your workload!

7. There are very few modern-minded colleagues; many colleagues are stuck in the fossil era. They prefer doing things entirely manually. The company bought the Dingxin system but only uses it sporadically.

8. There was no salary adjustment after the three-month probation period.
