No advantages
At first, they discussed one position with you that covered everything—PM, FAE, marketing, and sales. Why was that? Because the sales team could not obtain customer information to provide to the manufacturer, yet the boss said that sales had a very good relationship with the customers!!!
So you had to retrieve the information, teach sales which items could be sold, handle internal coordination and training, organize intelligence for the manufacturer, develop new products, and so on....
Then, the third time they spoke with me, they discussed another position. They said they would tell me for sure, but then, the fourth time, it became yet another position. However, they never gave a clear answer about the salary and benefits. I asked for a full-time salary of NT$50,000–60,000 per month, but they said they would have to consider it. In the end, all they did was keep probing for my know-how, while never mentioning the salary or benefits.......
