If you join the company, during the first three months, new employees will mainly focus on learning.
This company is not very large, and the interview was even held in a temporarily leased office building.
The marketing planning position I interviewed for involved an extremely wide range of responsibilities, requiring one person to multitask and handle everything, including social media posts, proposal planning, video editing, graphic design and posters, event hosting and execution, and even general affairs, purchasing, and other miscellaneous duties.
During the interview, although the interviewer verbally promised that “if the workload becomes too heavy and cannot be handled, they would ask the boss for the opportunity and quota to hire additional staff,” it was clearly a company with a serious budget shortage.
I later learned that the previous employee had resigned after working there for only ten months.
