If you get an interview for a very relaxed position, hurry up and take it, lie low while looking for something better. After all, some people really do have a lot of free time.
The salary listed on 104 is different from the salary discussed with you in the interview. They also make it sound very nice, saying that your salary will be adjusted after three months. But once you bring it up after three months, they start finding excuses and nitpicking. I heard that someone was told that people who are late are not qualified to ask for a raise just because they were late ^__^
They spend all day indulging in grand fantasies about how great they are, but in reality no one wants to invest in them. The people who come in are also just there to freeload, exactly like the boss. They don’t even have to wait for the seventh lunar month—there are already plenty of ghost stories in the company.
