The boss's pie-in-the-sky promises mean you'll never finish eating!
I used to be an R&D engineer at the company, handling only two projects, yet I was added to nearly 20 WeChat groups.
People kept calling out in the groups every day, and there were also emails to receive and reply to.
Half my time was wasted, with absolutely no efficiency!
There were also many meetings to attend... speechless.
Because the company lacked the ability to properly handle good clients, it was pushed around and had to comply with every demand from problematic clients.
There was no way to rebut unreasonable requests or impose penalties → this is the plight of engineers.
If you are an ambitious person, I suggest looking at other companies.
