The company occasionally has all-you-can-eat dinners; during the year, you may have to wait until the sales team lands a major order to have the opportunity.
When going out, you have to drive a company vehicle, and all the vehicles have GPS. If you need to go somewhere else along the way, you have to report it and wait for instructions. Travel time is not counted as overtime. In addition, for work inside the cleanroom, you need to have the client sign a form in order to claim overtime. During interviews, they only say that there is “not much overtime.” The rules for sales bonuses and engineers’ work bonuses, including the three holiday bonuses, keep changing, and you are not allowed to have any opinions. Bonuses that were originally paid once per quarter were changed to be paid on the three holidays, and the bonus percentages were also reduced—you can only accept it. If you do not accept it, they will repeatedly call you in for meetings.
