Pros

There probably aren't any. The only advantage is that there's still a paycheck, although it's not much.

Cons

The base salary is 9,000, with the rest made up of commissions.

The other bonuses can be said to bring it up to the minimum wage of 29,500.

They divide it into these different bonus categories.

They don't follow the Labor Standards Act. Salaries are paid only in cash, not by bank transfer, which makes getting a loan quite troublesome.

There is no annual leave. The company will let you take time off, but on those days you only receive the basic wage of 300 dollars, which is why the base salary is 9,000 in the first place.

That's how it is. People without stamina or ability, or talented people with emotions and moral standards, are strongly advised against working here; it is very unsuitable.

There are no holiday bonuses, no company trips, no allowances, no year-end party, and no year-end bonus (only a red envelope worth less than even the minimum wage). The only things that never change are the labor and health insurance. That's it—nothing else.

Those without ability won't last long; the company won't appreciate those with ability.
