The biggest takeaway is feeling trusted. The company's overall management style is very flexible, and both managers and even the general manager are quite approachable. Communication feels like talking with peers, without pressure. There is no requirement to submit mandatory daily reports or write tedious work logs. Although managers check in on everyone's project progress from time to time to make sure they are not facing obstacles or need support, they do not keep a close watch like a shadow. Employees are given tremendous flexibility and autonomy in scheduling, allowing everyone to spend their time on actual output rather than on handling formal reports.
There are many big-brand clients, so you need to adapt quickly. New employees typically feel more pressure.
