If she finds out you used a trash bag yourself, you’re done for—you will be repeatedly berated by her in extremely unpleasant language, all over a bag that costs less than NT$3.

The daughter is in charge of 駿洋室內設計. Although we did not interact directly, when she was in a bad mood, if you happened to run into her, she would give you a sour look. If you greeted her, she clearly heard you and saw you, but would more or less ignore you, turn around, and go upstairs into the office. A typical case of having an education but no manners.

The son is in charge of 旺寶富磁磚. He is the most emotionally stable person in the family and is normal and easy to get along with. Because he has no real authority, he knows exactly where the problems are but is powerless to change them.

They insist on paying in cash rather than through bank transfer. The cash is put into second-hand envelopes from letters sent by other companies, and the payment details are written by the boss’s wife on a handwritten note that she will ask you to sign.
