Just like others have said, one person has to do many jobs.

Overtime isn’t routine, but when it happens, it leaves you exhausted like a dog.

The boss’s emotional management is truly terrible.

And HR is very quick to shirk responsibility.

The funniest thing is that, from time to time, they stand behind you with a stopwatch to measure your speed.

Work is always thrown at you completely unexpectedly.

There’s a huge amount of work with short deadlines; otherwise, there’s no work and everyone slacks off.

When there’s nothing else to do, you occasionally wash the company vehicles, do some cleaning, and catch rats.

There are more rats in the company than in your love-life fishpond.

Then everyone takes turns cleaning the toilets (but the office doesn’t need to be cleaned).

Expired food occasionally appears in the company snack area.

And there’s a thousand-year-old mainland ogre who bullies people in the workplace (be very careful to avoid her—she’s an extremely scheming fake goody-goody, and she secretly opens other people’s lockers, so be careful).

Last time, the company didn’t order boxed lunches; after waiting nearly an hour, they finally said they had forgotten to order them.

There are also two engineers, but they always have different opinions, so things can easily go completely wrong.

No perfect-attendance bonus, no spring banquet or year-end party, no performance bonus, no holiday gift payments, employee dinners are capped at 300, and they often calculate salaries incorrectly.

Every day at work, my brain shrinks flatter than my paycheck.
