Pros

When I first joined, the first half was the off-season, so I had time to become familiar with the basic skills required for the job.

Overall, there is a lot of freedom here, and you don't have to go out of your way to please certain people—just be yourself.

Gain some experience and get some exposure.

Being at the bottom of the semiconductor industry, stepping out feels like entering a whole new world.

Cons

There is a Russian foreign employee who does nothing but give orders all day. He even refuses when asked to help move goods, and curses, bla bla bla.

Once, when I was about to get off work, I was verbally forced to stay; otherwise, he wouldn't help me move the goods.

In his not-very-fluent Chinese, he said: “Are you getting off work!? No. Finish these things first.”

At that time, we worked overtime until midnight.

The next day, I had to get up early again to help transport goods to the wafer fab.

Because we are located at a prefabrication plant provided by an upstream contractor, it feels a lot like being their pet.

It is really troublesome to get water or park the truck at the dock to unload goods.

Sometimes they occupy the truck parking spaces. Since the prefabrication plant has no water dispenser, we have to go to the Hanko office to get water.

The quality control staff and supervisors also have very foul mouths.

When driving the truck to transport goods, I am also occasionally urged by phone to drive faster.
