Workplace reviews and discussion: 攸泰科技股份有限公司

The HR contact was very courteous.

During the interview, the department manager was arrogant and condescending, spoke as though they knew everything, and repeatedly belittled the interviewee’s previous experience.

(Is a person not allowed to change jobs throughout their entire life?)

Are you implying that someone must have worked in this industry ever since graduating? That’s impossible. The industry’s products only began developing in Taiwan in recent years, and Youtai’s new department has only been around for the past few years (those who know will know which department I’m referring to)..... For the whole world, this is also considered an emerging industry, even though Taiwan got a late start~

They claimed to be the department’s highest-ranking manager, yet spoke in a sarcastic and cutting manner.

What would it be like to work with them~

You invited people to your company for interviews, so please respect every job applicant who comes for an interview~ Treat every applicant well; that is basic courtesy.
